Sales Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success and growth of sellers on our e-commerce platform by encouraging and enabling them to achieve desired outcomes. The position requires quick thinking, an analytical mindset, and a strong customer focus within a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement broad initiatives aimed at boosting seller growth.
• Meet demanding deadlines to carry out planned projects efficiently and effectively.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
• Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Excel along with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely in both written and spoken forms.
• Capable of working independently under pressure with tight deadlines in a dynamic workplace.
• Prior sales experience of at least one year is essential.

Preferred Attributes

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and retail sectors is advantageous.
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Macros will be considered beneficial.
• Educational background in engineering, commerce, or business administration is a plus.
