About the Role
This position is for a sales professional at a contemporary furniture brand focused on thoughtfully designed sofas and home products for modern Indian homes. The role is centered on creating a customer-friendly, experience-led buying journey with a strong emphasis on design, customization, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell contemporary furniture through the Sarjapur factory experience centre in Bengaluru.
- Manage in-store walk-ins and convert interest into sales.
- Respond to and nurture WhatsApp-generated leads.
- Guide customers through consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct home visits when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to move prospects through the buying process.
