Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Boulevard, you will be instrumental in driving company growth by establishing initial engagement with prospective customers. Your role centers on meaningful communication, identifying client needs, and setting the foundation for long-lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through strategic outbound channels including email, phone, and social media to generate interest in Boulevard's offerings.
- Qualify leads by understanding their specific challenges and recommending suitable solutions to begin effective client relationships.
- Manage the sales process using tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn to stay organized and assess impact.
- Consistently generate high-quality leads and arrange meetings or demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain expert knowledge of trends in business management software and point-of-sale technologies, acting as a reliable consultant for prospects.
- Achieve and surpass activity and revenue KPIs including calls, emails, and meetings booked.

- Excellent communication skills, energized by building connections and conversations.
- Inherently curious with a genuine desire to support client success.
- Receptive to coaching, confident, and enthusiastic about developing within a dynamic sales environment.
- Technologically adept self-starter capable of organizing their workflow efficiently.
- Eager to join at an early stage and grow their career within Boulevard.
- Prior experience in sales development, SaaS sales, or the beauty/self-care industry is advantageous; educational background in sales, communication, business, or management preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated starting hourly wage of $25.24, translating to a base annual salary of $52,500 plus variable compensation with an on-target earning potential of $37,500, culminating in total expected earnings of $90,000. The variable component has no upper limit.
