About the Role
V3 Automotives Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on driving sales through effective customer engagement and team leadership within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert potential sales leads into customers effectively.
- Comprehend client needs to recommend appropriate Hyundai vehicle options.
- Organize and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to prospective buyers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with finance and insurance departments to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process.
- For team leaders, provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to meet overall business objectives.
