Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC HCM Consultant with over 10 years of practical consulting expertise, particularly focused on SAP HR and Payroll projects in the Australia and New Zealand regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP HR/PY project implementations, focusing on Australian Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements.
- Utilize SAP HR modules and SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance and Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
- Manage integrations between SAP systems and other cloud or on-premise applications.
- Provide technical solutions for challenges encountered during projects.
- Develop key project artifacts such as detailed designs, unit and system integration test cases, run sheets, and backout plans.
- Lead efforts in supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Validation Testing (BVT), and handling Change Requests.
- Participate actively in IT service and risk management activities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR and Payroll delivery.
- Recent and relevant exposure (within last 2 years) to Australian Payroll and legislation.
- Demonstrated skills in effective oral and written communication with various stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and simplifying business processes.

- Industry experience preferred in the finance domain.
