Job Overview
The role involves providing armed security services including protection and monitoring for individuals, groups, organizations, or assets. The security professional conducts patrols, protects premises, and creates incident reports as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain security operations for all clients.
- Safeguard company property, personnel, and surrounding environment by ensuring secure premises.
- Detain trespassers and remove those violating site policies.
- Document any suspicious activities clearly and report them to management.
- Act within legal boundaries when defending the property and people under supervision.
- Perform frequent scheduled and random patrols around buildings and perimeters.
Compensation and Employment Details
Starting wage is $30 per hour at school locations, and $22 per hour at other sites. Employment types include full-time and contract positions.

Work Schedule
- Standard school schedules run Monday through Friday.
- Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with opportunities for day, night, and overnight shifts.
- Availability for holidays, weekends, and overtime work is required.
Location and Commuting
Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Nashville, TN or Franklin, TN prior to beginning work. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Preferred education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience: Minimum of three years in law enforcement or military service, with honorable discharge if military background.
- Must hold a valid Armed Security License.
- Availability for all shifts including day, night, and overnight shifts.
