Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure safety on premises. The supervisor will be responsible for managing guards, maintaining protocols, and promptly addressing security concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols to monitor premises frequently
- Quickly respond to alarm alerts to mitigate risks
- Regulate entry and exit through badge and pass control
- Enforce safety procedures consistently within the site
- Lead and supervise the team of security guards during shifts
