Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Security Guard to be stationed on-site in Lucknow. This position entails safeguarding allocated premises by regulating access points, verifying identification, and keeping visitor logs.

Key daily duties include regular patrols of assigned zones, vigilant observation and reporting of any suspicious conduct, responding promptly to alarms or incidents, and aiding during emergencies. The role requires engaging courteously with visitors, employees, and vendors, providing clear information while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Adherence to company protocols is essential, including preparing incident reports, collaborating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, and conforming to all company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in physical security tasks such as patrolling, access management, and monitoring incidents.
• Experience in private and personnel security, with knowledge of protecting people and property.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for professional communication with clients, visitors, and staff.
• Basic understanding of security procedures, emergency responses, and communication equipment operation.
• Ability to remain physically active—standing and walking—for extended durations while employing safety and risk management practices.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; prior background in security, military, or law enforcement is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays; punctuality and dependability are crucial.
