Selenium Java Test Engineer

The position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra with a requirement to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all testing activities involving Selenium, Java, Cucumber BDD, and TestNG for multiple software projects.
• Design comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation scripts ensuring thorough validation of software applications.
• Execute test cases meticulously, identify defects effectively, and oversee their resolution through to closure.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of robust, quality solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best testing practices and use of automation frameworks.
• Continuously drive improvements in testing methodologies to enhance quality and operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements

• Expertise in leveraging Java, Selenium, and Cucumber for automated test creation and execution.
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse software testing methodologies and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in authoring detailed test cases, scripts, and test scenarios for functional validation.
• Hands-on experience leading testing projects and managing multidisciplinary teams within a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration across cross-functional groups.
• Detail-conscious with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
