Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our People & Experience Team. Reporting to PET Operations, this role serves as the core operational support for People systems, processes, and programs. You will collaborate closely with PET Business Partners and various stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HRIS administration to maintain accurate employee data and handle personnel changes like hires and promotions promptly.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance and correctness of employee records, resolving inconsistencies collaboratively.
- Administer People systems and workflows to guarantee a seamless and consistent employee experience.
- Drive continuous optimization of systems and processes, automating and streamlining operations to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Generate regular dashboards and reports on workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, and hiring.
- Analyze data trends to inform improvements in processes and operational decisions.
- Support ad hoc reporting tasks and maintain dashboards for leadership to access relevant workforce insights.
- Assist with benefits administration such as enrollments, life event adjustments, vendor coordination, and open enrollment periods.
- Facilitate benefits-related communications, audits, reconciliations, and resolve issues to enhance employee experience.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires complete pre-boarding tasks and are positioned for success.
- Monitor company-wide timesheet submissions, ensuring accuracy and punctuality through proactive follow-ups.
- Manage training program administration including content uploads, tracking completion, and ensuring compliance with payroll-related training requirements.
- Organize recurring People & Experience initiatives by overseeing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide operational and administrative support such as purchase order coordination, invoice processing, vendor management, and employee care initiatives.
Desired Attributes
- Highly proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and capable of quickly mastering HR systems like HiBob and ADP.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for catching data errors and discrepancies.
