Role Overview
We are seeking Senior DevOps professionals for a paid remote AI training initiative centered on Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The position involves crafting engineering ticket-style prompts, configuring LocalStack sandboxes, and developing definitive infrastructure solutions that pass comprehensive automated tests. This opportunity offers flexible, asynchronous remote work suited for experienced cloud and infrastructure engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create natural language prompts resembling real-world technical tickets, incorporating ambiguity and professional context for AI training.
- Configure and manage LocalStack environments to validate infrastructure tasks locally.
- Develop initial infrastructure states alongside "golden solutions" that successfully complete automated end-to-end tests.
- Maintain high-quality standards for task creation; simplistic or poorly structured tasks are subject to rejection.
- Assess AI-generated responses by selecting the most accurate answer to infrastructure queries.
- Compose straightforward prompts serving as foundational inputs for AI models.
Qualifications
- Senior-level expertise in DevOps, Cloud Computing, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proficient hands-on experience with at least one major IaC platform such as AWS CDK, Terraform (HCL), or CloudFormation; additional experience with Pulumi, AzureRM, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is advantageous.
- Strong scripting and testing abilities in languages like TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Excellent written English communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical details in line with rigorous style standards.

Compensation & Work Conditions
- Competitive payment up to $50 USD per hour with additional incentives based on skills and project demands.
- Payments are processed through PayPal and AirTM.
- Work is fully remote with a flexible schedule; workload varies depending on project availability, typically 5–10 hours weekly, up to 40 hours maximum.
- Complimentary access to premium AI tools worth over $200 per month, including GPT and Claude.
