Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to join our Dublin-based IT team. This position plays a key role in supporting Clio's talent by ensuring they have timely access to the right tools, moving beyond reactive IT support to proactively automating processes that save employees valuable time. By enabling our team members, we help them better assist our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional global IT support to Clio employees, managing incoming tickets through to resolution.
- Document detailed troubleshooting procedures and communicate solutions effectively to end users.
- Assist with onboarding new hires by managing access to systems, applications, and technologies.
- Maintain an accurate hardware inventory and oversee asset lifecycle management using asset management systems.
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and repair logistics of hardware and software with vendors.
- Utilize Okta extensively, including Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and group and rule management.
- Support and configure macOS, iOS, and Windows environments involving over 2,500 endpoints.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum five years of practical experience in IT support or related positions.
- Proven ability to handle inbound IT tickets promptly and follow through comprehensively.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows platforms, able to support diverse user needs.
- Familiarity with key SaaS applications such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, and GitHub, with a capability to provide basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to varied audiences.
- Advanced expertise with Okta features including Workflows, SCIM provisioning, and management of groups and rules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from €70,500 to €95,500, adjusted for skills, experience, and location.
