Job Overview

The Senior Manager will be responsible for the successful execution and seamless management of transitions within the organization. This position demands end-to-end accountability for transition processes, fostering capability development within the transitions function, and providing thought leadership to enhance transition setups and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute transition projects with complete ownership from start to finish.
• Collaborate directly with clients on onsite assignments to ensure smooth transitions.
• Conduct ground level assessments, offering recommendations on process redesign and evaluating the feasibility of offshoring.
• Engage extensively with business users, senior leaders, and IT teams to support transition initiatives.
• Lead client engagements while maintaining consistent service standards.
• Drive business development efforts in select client accounts, including involvement in Request for Proposals (RFPs) to tailor client-specific solutions.
• Take lead responsibility for transitions related to new client engagements as business opportunities arise.
