About the Role

This is a leadership-driven position for a Senior Project Manager based in the United States, managing complex digital delivery projects for a partner company. You will be the main client contact, guiding cross-functional teams from project inception through launch and ongoing support in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client projects from initiation to post-launch, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and objectives among all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary client liaison, fostering trust, managing expectations, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive daily project execution by proactively identifying and resolving risks and blockers to maintain team momentum in a distributed, cross-functional setting.
• Manage project finances, including budgets, burn rates, and margins, to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Coordinate the efforts of designers, developers, and other team members, ensuring structured workflows and high-quality deliverables in a remote-first environment.
• Monitor client account health and identify potential opportunities for project expansion or added value, sharing these insights internally.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of delivery standards and best practices to improve team performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, digital delivery, or agency operations, with a focus on client-facing engagements.
• Substantial experience leading multidisciplinary teams in design, development, or product management contexts.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical and creative information to various stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and delivery metrics with accountability and structure.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing multiple concurrent projects within a remote work setting.
• A strong aptitude for problem-solving, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
