Role overview

This position places you at the heart of On’s retail operation in Jeddah, where you will be part of the brand’s second store in Saudi Arabia. The role centers on creating an elevated in-store experience, delivering outstanding support to every customer, and representing On’s focus on movement, innovation, and premium service.

Key responsibilities

• Represent On’s values and brand philosophy consistently with both customers and internal teams.
• Welcome visitors, understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them toward the right product solutions.
• Support, coach, and set the example for Advisors through a strong customer-first approach.
• Plan, execute, and oversee daily zoning arrangements to improve customer flow in the store.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures according to established protocols.
• Develop strong product knowledge, including technical details and updates on On’s global initiatives such as sustainability and athlete stories.
• Share ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities that enhance engagement.
• Work with store leadership to improve store operations and customer service standards.
• Keep the shop floor visually polished and aligned with premium presentation expectations.
• Support inventory control, new stock requests, and replenishment orders.

Community building

• Create lasting relationships through genuine engagement and consistent interaction.
• Help grow a running and movement community through storytelling, local experiences, and event planning.
• Coordinate and communicate with partners and collaborators.
• Share community updates internally with headquarters and externally with customers.
• Maintain relationships with coaches and other relevant community contacts.
• Contribute to the growth of the store’s running community.
• Participate in product testing activities when needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Confidence to work independently, learn quickly, and take initiative while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Interest in networking, social interaction, and relationship building.
• Genuine enthusiasm for sport and movement.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying customer-focused and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
