Role overview
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant to help keep its online store running efficiently. This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling day-to-day e-commerce tasks that support product presentation, inventory flow, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Refine and improve product copy across Shopify listings so information is clear, compelling, and conversion-focused.
- Regularly audit the website to spot mistakes, outdated details, or content that needs correction.
- Track inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages or mismatches.
- Reply to customer reviews on Shopify in a way that supports trust and brand engagement.
- Refresh visual assets such as banners, landing pages, and product images when updates are needed.
- Work with vendors to coordinate stock management, issue purchase orders, and follow up on fulfillment progress.
Required background
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-based position.
- Comfort using Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
- Strong organization, independence, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written communication and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay proactive in a busy environment.
Technical requirements
- A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or better.
