Overview
Richspx Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent Site Engineer to oversee LPG installation projects across Telangana and other locations as per project demands. The role involves managing site execution, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with various stakeholders, and preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement LPG installation and reticulated gas pipeline projects following approved designs and standards.
- Create and update AutoCAD drawings, including P&IDs, layouts, and as-built documents.
- Supervise on-site activities involving contractors, fitters, and welders.
- Maintain compliance with regulations such as PESO, OISD, and applicable Indian Standards.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and vendors to facilitate seamless project progress.
- Compile daily progress reports, conduct material reconciliation, and organize work schedules.
- Perform site measurements and quality checks.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, permit-to-work systems, and project documentation procedures.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes for LPG systems.
- Coordinate procurement to ensure timely material availability.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- At least two years of experience with industrial piping, LPG, PNG, or utility installation projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, including preparation and modification of technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic to good understanding of LPG piping systems; training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel across India for project execution.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with LPG manifold systems, LOT/VOT installations, vaporizers, gas leak detectors, and industrial gas pipeline projects is advantageous.
Employment Details and Compensation
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: Site-based as per project location, requiring travel
- Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month
- Additional benefits include travel allowance and insurance coverage.
