About the Role
Join Model N India Software Pvt. Ltd. as a Site Reliability Engineer responsible for designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on deploying applications reliably on AWS using modern automation and orchestration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure leveraging AWS services including EKS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Terraform.
- Work closely with development teams to facilitate seamless application deployments through continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.
- Utilize tools like Ansible and Kubernetes to monitor production application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure or service outages by analyzing logs and debugging relevant code.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 4 years’ experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
- Proficient in automation technologies including Ansible, and container technologies like Docker with Kubernetes orchestration.
- Strong expertise managing AWS cloud infrastructure with services like EKS, IaC frameworks, and Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as OpenTelemetry, Groundcover, CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic or similar for managing metrics, logs, and traces.
- Solid understanding of AWS architecture, including network configurations, security policies, IAM, and essential services administration.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any discipline.
