About the Role

Supported by notable investors like Benchmark, General Catalyst, and influential figures including Peter Thiel and Jack Dorsey, Mercor offers an opportunity for STEM PhDs to contribute to groundbreaking AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create complex problems within your field to aid AI model training enhancements.
- Assess and refine AI-generated data quality.
- Collaborate with AI research groups to support advancements and future project direction.
- Operate independently and asynchronously, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Guarantee the precision and thoroughness of outputs from AI models.
Qualifications
- PhD in a STEM discipline (Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) from a university located in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe.
- Strong meticulousness and attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in both written and spoken English communication.
Interview and Application Process
