Stores Incharge

About the Role

We are seeking a Stores Incharge to join a reputed company in the engineering/projects industry based in Saudi Arabia. This role is specific to candidates from India and involves overseeing inventory and warehouse operations for catering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations including control of inventory, receipt of materials, and issuing stocks.
• Maintain precise stock records, ensuring documentation and reports are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to guarantee materials are available when needed.
• Carry out routine stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to reduce inconsistencies.
• Manage vendor interactions for delivery schedules and stock verification.
• Operate and utilize the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to handle work orders and asset tracking.
• Record, monitor, and update maintenance demands through the CAFM system.
• Prepare reports on asset management, preventive maintenance, and service history tasks.
• Ensure that facility documentation complies with corporate standards and assist in improving workflow using CAFM tools.

Employment Terms

• The contract duration is set for 2 years.
• The typical working schedule is 8 hours per day, six days a week.

Additional Information

The position requires 5 to 8 years of experience and candidates need to possess a minimum education of 12th standard or any graduation qualification. The job location is Saudi Arabia with salary negotiable in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Selection process includes online or virtual interviews conducted between July 31 and August 5, 2026.
