About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding, venture-backed AI startup with $25M Series A funding and strategic partnerships with leading technology giants such as Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft. The company's AI-driven platform serves the physical goods economy, impacting sectors like industrial distribution, healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, and automotive. Having already generated over $200 million in additional revenue for enterprise clients, they are looking to hire a Strategic Partner based in New York City, with hybrid work arrangements (four days onsite), to lead enterprise customer relationships post-pilot phase.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, account planning, and ensuring customer success.
- Guide clients through the transition from initial AI adoption to comprehensive operational transformation.
- Discover and develop new AI use cases to expand annual recurring revenue through deeper integrations.
- Leverage customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to fulfill client requirements effectively.
- Engage in travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings with teams and executives.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years in consulting or enterprise SaaS, including at least two years in a role equivalent to Engagement Manager.
- Demonstrated success in growing client engagements, not just maintaining them.
- Proven ability to deliver results despite challenges or stakeholder resistance.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent project management capabilities.
- Comfort dealing with both C-suite executives and frontline operators.
- A genuine curiosity and understanding of industrial distribution, manufacturing, and automotive industries.
- Experienced and enthusiastic user of AI technologies with a vision for operational improvements through AI.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and capable of developing processes and playbooks independently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, accompanied by substantial equity participation.
- Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K plan, well-being stipend, paid time off, and additional perks.
- Opportunity to join a talented and humble team distributed across New York, San Francisco, and London.
