Role Overview
This position may also be based at Google's Playa Vista campus in California. Applicants residing in Los Angeles County or San Francisco are eligible for consideration regardless of arrest or conviction history in compliance with respective local Fair Chance Ordinances and California law. Candidates will have the option to select preferred work locations among New York, NY; Mountain View, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Los Angeles, CA.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
- At least six years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles.
- Minimum three years of collaborating with executive-level stakeholders.
- Two or more years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as MBA or master's.
- Experience of two years analyzing large data sets to generate insights that inform business decisions.
- Strong track record in working across organizational boundaries with multiple stakeholders.
- Background in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media within complex organizational environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex concepts into compelling narratives targeted at diverse audiences.
- Effective problem-solving abilities combined with solid business understanding.
Job Description
The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales and Strategy team delivers critical business intelligence through analytics, ensures alignment of organizational goals, supports the progression of strategic partnerships and initiatives, and promotes sustained growth along with product adoption. Team members blend strategic acumen with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, transforming early-stage ideas into scalable growth strategies.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and relevant education or training and includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract understandable insights from complex business analyses and advanced modeling techniques; coordinate and lead core business planning, regular operating reviews, and leadership interactions to drive organizational objectives.
- Develop comprehensive strategies related to sales, products, or business challenges that meet customer and stakeholder needs, fostering incremental growth.
- Conduct in-depth research and scrutiny of market dynamics, customer patterns, and competitor landscapes to identify avenues for expanding operations and maximizing business value.
- Create engaging presentations that combine data-based insights with strategic storytelling to persuade executive decision-makers to endorse proposed strategies.
- Formulate actionable plans and strategic roadmaps, facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams, and spearhead large-scale, complex change initiatives to successful completion.
