About the Role

This opportunity is for a Consulting Expert working on a contract basis with flexible hours, fully remotely, compensated at $95 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and critically assess consulting outputs including merger and acquisition cases and investment evaluations involving EBITDA adjustments, valuation assessments, and debt structuring related to acquisitions.
- Create post-merger integration strategies emphasizing the scheduling of synergy realization, one-time expenses, and coherent integration narratives.
- Transform intricate information from data rooms, due diligence findings, and stakeholder recommendations into coherent, logically structured business cases.
- Produce deliverables that are client-ready such as detailed memorandums, financial models, and strategic recommendations clearly outlining assumptions and potential risks.
- Operate autonomously to oversee projects from initial analysis through to actionable and decision-support deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience at a premier consulting or advisory firm, or comparable corporate development experience within a company.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving aptitude enabling sound recommendations despite ambiguous contexts.
- Robust business and financial insight combined with advanced proficiency in financial modeling methods, including leveraged buyouts, three-statement models, and pro forma scenarios.
- Capability to independently lead engagements and assume full responsibility.
