Job Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and inspire a store team in Kilkenny. The primary aim is to ensure smooth and effective store operations while delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably has at least two years of experience in a customer-facing service role.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a high-energy and fast-moving team environment, handling multiple tasks even under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workload, delegate tasks, and support team members effectively.

• Maintain high standards for product rotation, merchandising, and shelf presentation.

• Adopt and engage with new initiatives and innovative work methods.
