Role overview

Circle K is recruiting a full-time Supervisor for its Junction 8, M8, Waller's-Lot, Cashel, Co. Tipperary location (E25 R722).

Working pattern

• This position is based on a 37.5-hour weekly contract spread across 5 days.
• Flexibility is required to work across any day of the week.

What the role involves

The store operates in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment, so the role suits someone who enjoys a busy retail setting and can lead by example. You will help run shifts, keep safety front and centre, and support the team in delivering the company's standards and values.

• Lead shifts and support day-to-day shift operations.
• Assist customers and provide a high level of service.
• Carry out merchandising across the store.
• Prepare food items and K Coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Create sales leads for the fuel card team.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
