System Walkdown & Punch List Coordinator

Role Overview

Anotech is seeking a System Walkdown & Punch List Coordinator for an onsite contract assignment in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on driving system completion activities, coordinating commissioning walkdowns, and ensuring punch items are tracked through to closure for an offshore Oil & Gas EPC project.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects is essential.
• Strong exposure to Mechanical Completion (MC), Commissioning, and System Completion processes.
• Prior involvement in commissioning walkdowns and punch list management is required.
• Working knowledge of RFC/RFSU dossiers and turnover documentation is needed.
• Experience with plant systemization, tagging, and engineering drawing reviews is expected.
• Familiarity with system completion and turnover management databases is important.
• Excellent coordination skills across Engineering, Construction, Hook-Up, and Commissioning teams are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commissioning walkdowns and the closure of punch list items.
• Oversee system completion records and turnover files, including RFC/RFSU dossiers.
• Examine engineering drawings, system boundaries, tagging details, and related database entries.
• Track subsystem status and support timely closure of outstanding punch points.
• Draft progress updates, turnover dossiers, and commissioning-related documents.
• Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Client representatives to support smooth project handover.
