Role Overview

The T. Engineer will be stationed on-site in Doha, Qatar, working full-time to support the planning and execution of road and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include assisting in design evaluations, preparing technical documentation and drawings, coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical requirements. The engineer will oversee construction activities, support quality assurance and safety adherence, and resolve technical challenges during construction. Daily duties involve updating project documentation, progress reporting, participating in site inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is vital to meet project deadlines and targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Solid understanding of civil or construction engineering principles related specifically to roads, infrastructure, and site work.
• Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and standards into actionable field instructions.
• Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD or equivalent tools, alongside basic project documentation systems.
• Familiarity with construction quality control measures, safety protocols, and applicable local codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, enabling effective coordination with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and attention to detail, ensuring projects meet timelines.
• Academic qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline at bachelor or diploma level; experience with road or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
• Readiness to work full-time at the Doha site and adapt to a dynamic construction environment.
