Job Purpose

We seek an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to contribute effectively to our recruitment initiatives. This role provides practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding activities. This is a paid internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via job portals, social networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct resume screening and manage interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers and panelists.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist with campus recruitment and walk-in hiring events.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain dashboards.
  • Support employer branding efforts including creating social media content and promotional materials.
  • Manage communications and follow-up with potential candidates.

Educational Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.

Personal Traits & Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and data management basics.
  • Capacity to multitask and perform in dynamic environments.
  • An interest in the aviation or ground services sector is an additional advantage.
