About the Role
Louis Vuitton is currently inviting an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Manager to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role involves comprehensive responsibility for both business outcomes and team performance, driving success through a strong commercial mindset and knowledge of the luxury retail market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your team by providing ongoing coaching and identifying personalized training requirements to meet individual and collective objectives.
- Enhance client relationships and spearhead initiatives to promote business growth.
- Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, supporting sales activities and inspiring team performance.
- Manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and customer service excellence.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring excellent leadership skills alongside a passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences. Adaptability and agility are crucial for thriving in this dynamic, evolving retail environment. You will be instrumental in implementing business action plans that leverage merchandising, client management, training, and team engagement strategies to boost sales and product success.
Additional Information
The position offers a base salary between 95000 and 105000 CAD annually, supplemented by eligibility for the Retail Bonus program.
