Role Overview

The Technical Cleaning Operative is responsible for ensuring pristine cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across client sites. Key tasks include specialist cleaning operations such as deep cleaning, high-level window cleaning, biohazard and crime scene remediation, and floor care maintenance. This role supports the safe and hygienic environment of clients and the community while strictly following health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hard surface floors, carpets, and upholstery in excellent condition.
• Operate floor care machinery including buffers and scrubbers.
• Conduct deep cleaning of washrooms, windows, and elevated surfaces.
• Clean graffiti and external building cladding.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests involving trauma, crime scenes, and hazardous materials.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations and proper equipment usage.
• Engage professionally with clients and site personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts and weekends.
• Capability to use industrial cleaning equipment proficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must obtain Level 3 Police Clearance, fully funded by the company.
• Possession of a valid Category B driver's license and readiness to travel.

Additional Information
