About the role
Sutherland is looking to add experienced candidates for an international voice support position. This opportunity focuses on handling customer conversations in real time and delivering assistance through live voice interactions.
Role details
- Work model: In-office role
- Shift pattern: Mainly night shifts
- Work schedule: 5-day work week with rotational weekly offs
- Joining preference: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred; a notice period of up to 15 days may be considered
Compensation
The annual CTC ranges from INR 1.75 LPA to INR 3.5 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience.
Requirements
- Strong spoken communication skills are essential.
- At least 6 months of experience in an international voice process is required.
- The candidate should be comfortable working on live voice calls.
Work location
Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai. Landmark: opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
