Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support specializing in troubleshooting issues across various operating systems including Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to client-server interactions, API communications, and web performance challenges.
- Assist users in the installation and deployment of software licenses on multiple platforms such as Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, Android, and Mac OS.
- Work effectively in shift-based schedules and participate actively in voice-based support processes.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 12 months of practical experience handling technical troubleshooting on Windows, iOS, Android, and Mac OS environments.
- Proficient in resolving issues associated with API requests, client-server communication, and web performance.
- Ability to manage software installations and deployments across diverse platforms confidently.
- Must be willing and available to work in shifts and engage in voice process support roles.
- Qualifications: Any graduate degree.
