Role Overview
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the deployment and implementation of various digital solutions. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting both hardware and software components to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users encountering IT issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Train end users to proficiently operate deployed solutions.
- Document all support activities and maintain detailed records.
- Travel extensively across project sites throughout India to offer onsite support and implementation services.
