About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing first-level support and customer service related to laptops and desktops. This role involves diagnosing hardware issues, supporting software installations, and assisting customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Completed education of 10th, 12th Standard, or Diploma in IT.
- Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking is preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Desktop/Laptop support will be favored.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiently install and activate MS Office applications.
- Set up wireless printers and routers with ease.
- Perform laptop and desktop troubleshooting at a basic level (L1 support).
- Demonstrate laptop features to customers clearly and confidently.
- Meet monthly sales and service objectives.
- Build reliable customer relationships through trustful dealings.
- Inform each laptop purchaser about Zip Services and actively promote relevant service packages.
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Working shift from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Mandatory work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Weekly off day available between Monday and Friday.
- The store remains operational on festival days with compensatory leave provided subsequently.
