Role Overview
Capult Resources Services is looking to appoint a Technical Support Executive to join their team in Gurugram, Sector 19. This full-time position requires handling technical troubleshooting and customer assistance duties within an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and solve technical problems raised by customers.
- Perform diagnosis of hardware and software malfunctions.
- Guide clients step-by-step through troubleshooting processes.
- Provide responsive support via phone calls, chat, and email communications.
