Job Overview
Maniprabha Trade Links is seeking a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, managing existing client relationships, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to generate new leads.
- Follow up with current customers to ensure continuous engagement.
- Provide detailed explanations of products and ongoing offers.
- Maintain accurate call records using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and/or English.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- A positive mindset combined with persuasive abilities.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous, although fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Salary Range: 12,000 to 15,000 INR per month.
