Job Overview
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd invites applications for the role of Telecalling Executive based in Delhi-NCR. This position involves generating new leads, interacting with clients, negotiating sales, and managing client data efficiently to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking efforts.
- Deliver personalized product presentations and demonstrations to highlight benefits and value to prospective buyers.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate prices and contract details, ensuring successful closure of sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to record client interactions, monitor sales pipeline stages, and track revenue metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ strategies, and relay customer feedback to marketing and product development teams.
