Job Overview
This position involves making outbound calls to a specified database, primarily explaining the features and benefits of a mobile application to current customers. Hired candidates will be required to work from the office and will be provided with the necessary devices and a foundational training program covering the product and telecalling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telecalling to a designated customer database.
- Clearly explain the mobile application's functionalities to existing users.
- Maintain and update daily call logs in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in office-based work without any field duties.
Languages and Communication
The role requires fluency in Hindi plus one regional language, which could be Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
Additional Information
Employees will receive necessary devices for their work, along with basic product and telecalling training. Incentives are available as part of the compensation package.
