Job Overview
Lancer Synergy (Opc) Private Limited is seeking a Telecalling Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide assistance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer support and address various queries.
- Maintain comprehensive call logs along with customer feedback and records.
- Keep CRM and sales portals updated to reflect current information.
- Accurately maintain customer databases and related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficient email correspondence.
- Basic knowledge and practical skills in Microsoft Excel.
Compensation and Work Details
- Monthly salary ranges between 13000 and 16000 INR.
