Job Overview
The Telecalling Executive role involves conducting both outbound and inbound calls to customers, providing detailed explanations of products and services, generating potential sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to current or prospective customers to introduce products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries by clearly explaining product features and benefits.
- Proactively generate and nurture leads through timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and update customer data accordingly.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly targets related to the volume of calls and sales conversions.
