Job Overview
H Care Medical Engineering is searching for a Female Recovery Executive to join their team in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. This role involves making payment recovery calls, collection, and follow-up calls to ensure customers make payments promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recovery and collection calls to customers
- Follow up professionally with clients to ensure timely payment
- Maintain organized and precise records of follow-up activities
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in payment recovery or collections is essential
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong professionalism in handling payment follow-up calls
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Tally accounting software is advantageous
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
