About Mona Generators Pvt. Ltd.
Mona Generators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused female Telecalling Executive to join their team at Nirman Vihar, Delhi. This full-time position requires handling customer inquiries and generating sales leads through effective telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Comprehend customer needs and provide information about products and services.
- Proactively generate new leads and conduct follow-ups to boost sales.
- Coordinate appointments for the sales team as necessary.
- Make reminder and follow-up calls to maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Update and maintain customer data using CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Follow up on quotations, outstanding payments, and service requests.
- Address customer issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
- Develop and sustain positive customer relations.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic to good English proficiency.
- Professional and polite telephone etiquette with confidence.
- A positive mindset with a willingness to learn and patience in customer interactions.
- Strong listening, convincing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Motivated, responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, email usage, and internet navigation.
- Experience working with CRM software is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates possessing excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience (0–2 years) in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹22,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives provided.
