Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive at Sheth Saga Infinite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves contacting and following up with prospective buyers, providing detailed explanations of properties and offers, scheduling site visits, and maintaining comprehensive lead data to assist the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Convey detailed information about properties and current promotions.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain organized records of leads and support sales operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computers, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Previous experience in real estate or telecalling is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 22,000 INR along with attractive incentive schemes.
