Job Overview
Habitat Prime is seeking a Telecalling Team Leader to lead their telesales team. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 along with additional incentives and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of individual sales as well as achieving the team's sales and revenue objectives.
- Supervise a team engaged in both cold calling and follow-up on potential leads.
- Regularly communicate performance metrics and provide feedback to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in concept selling, holiday packages, memberships, or similar telesales domains is preferred.
- Proven skills in leading teams and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
