Role Summary
This is a full-time, office-based role. The Tendering Manager will oversee the complete tender lifecycle, from spotting opportunities to submitting final bids and monitoring results. Responsibilities
- Identify suitable tender opportunities and assess them for business fit.
- Review tender documents carefully and extract technical and commercial requirements.

- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams to gather accurate scope, costing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare pricing proposals, supporting paperwork, and risk assessments for each bid.
- Check submissions for compliance with contractual, technical, and commercial conditions.
- Track tender results, maintain records, and help improve future bid performance.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
