Test Data Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking candidates with robust expertise in test data management strategies to join our team. The ideal professional will have practical experience with tools like GenRocket and Delphix, along with scripting and automation skills in Python, Shell, and Playwright. This role supports agile and DevOps testing initiatives by guaranteeing the availability, quality, and regulatory compliance of test data across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test data strategies supporting functional, integration, and automation testing phases.
• Implement and oversee Test Data Management solutions utilizing GenRocket and Delphix platforms.
• Automate processes related to test data generation, subsetting, masking, and refreshing.
• Create and sustain automation scripts through Python and Shell scripting languages.
• Integrate test data workflows seamlessly into Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Support UI and comprehensive end-to-end automation testing using the Playwright framework.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Development, and DevOps teams to assure readiness and availability of test data.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Identify and resolve test data related issues within the test environments.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation outlining Test Data Management procedures.

Additional Information

• Exposure to Git version control and knowledge of AI applications in test data management are advantageous.
