Test Manager

Overview

The Test Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for testing activities throughout the program, overseeing the entire testing lifecycle spanning multiple releases and diverse workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated test plans including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression, performance, security, operational acceptance, payroll reconciliation, and quarterly Oracle release cycles.
• Coordinate among business teams, IT, implementation partners, internal applications, and third-party integration teams to ensure test alignment.
• Manage all aspects of test lifecycle such as readiness, environment provisioning, test data preparation, test script development and execution, requirements traceability, defect triage, enforcing entry and exit criteria, maintaining evidence and reporting, monitoring quality gates, and formal phase sign-offs.
• Drive risk-based testing strategies emphasizing critical business end-to-end scenarios, promote test automation, monitor testing metrics, generate executive reports, and facilitate release readiness decisions.
• Ensure uniform governance practices are applied consistently across Oracle Cloud applications, custom solutions, interfaces, reporting, and integrated systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Robust knowledge in testing Oracle Cloud ERP functional modules such as SCM, Oracle EBS Finance, Oracle EBS SCM, Workday HCM, and Workday Procurement.
• Proven expertise leading testing efforts for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations involving Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, SCM, Payroll, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Retail, Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), OIC/PaaS integrations, and third-party tools.
• Experience with enterprise test management suites and automation platforms like Tricentis Tosca or alternatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and representation skills at senior levels and managing delivery across multiple vendors.
• Ability to apply Oracle testing methodologies focused on comprehensive risk coverage, early defect identification, detailed requirements traceability, and rigorous governance.
