Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion retail
• Strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service
• Professional demeanor with a polished, sophisticated approach
• Leadership style that is supportive, motivating, and team-oriented
• Ability to strengthen customer loyalty to the brand
• Genuine interest in helping others succeed
• Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation abilities
• Works well with others while also being self-driven and organized
• Open to learning, adapting, and adjusting as business needs change
• Flexible enough to tailor actions to store and business requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
