About the Position

Candidates with experience collaborating with US Citizens and Green Card holders will find this position fitting, especially if they exhibit strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

Key Duties

• Engage in marketing and placing bench consultants with Prime Vendors, Vendors, and Direct Clients.
• Work specifically with US Citizen and Green Card holding consultants.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Submit consultant profiles matching client needs and arrange interviews.
• Engage in rate negotiations and coordinate interview timings.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with both clients and consultants during recruitment cycles.
• Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability status.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to meet client demands effectively.
• Prepare and maintain activity reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Achieve both personal and team placement goals.
• Provide timely information updates to consultants about marketing progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0 to 2 years experience in US IT Bench Sales or IT Staffing.
• Practical exposure working with US Citizens and Green Card consultants.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building skills, and self-motivation.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
• Organized with effective time management capabilities.

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with US IT Staffing and Bench Sales operations.
• Experience using major job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Understanding employment models like W2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
• Capability to operate efficiently in a high-paced, goal-oriented environment.
