Role Summary
We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support a US based company remotely. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing schedules and communications, coordinating travel and events, overseeing projects, supporting business operations, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in executive administrative tasks and support
- Strong communication abilities both written and oral
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience managing confidential information responsibly
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with project management software tools
Additional Requirements
- Typing speed greater than 50 words per minute
- Stable and fast internet connection
- Possession of a fast computer and a second monitor
- Quiet, professional workspace setup
- Fluent English communication skills
- Availability to work full-time during US time zones
- Backup power resources such as generator or batteries
Compensation and Terms
- Monthly pay ranging from 800 to 1700 USD, based on typing speed, English proficiency, and experience
- Remote work from home
